My new digs Part 1

It's official we are living off the farm after two years and in an apartment in the Plymouth Maple Grove area in Minnesota.  We have downsized from barn cats, 12 chickens and dreams of goats and making fresh goat cheese.  It feels very strange to have no kids living with us.  Aerial was so close, she is our 22 year old.  (The Youngest) I watched her little paisley who is a little itty bitty puppy.   We finally went and bought new leather furniture.  I have wanted it for many years but with the dogs that were not well trained it wasn't an option.

Dave works here at the apartment community so he has zero stress in regards to driving to work.  He is home for lunch and home around 4:30 pm.  We have a workout room so we can roll out of bed and hit the gym without leaving the house.  No yard work.  It is crazy how life can take you on such an adventure.  Growth and change is so important to me.  For the first time in years I am doing laundry for myself and hubby.  Can you say weird?

So thrilled hubby built me a headboard from our barn table he built last year.  It was to large to bring with us.  He did a great job.  I am excited to have hardwood floors and a fireplace too.  My office is a bit in chaos but it is getting there.   Well I just wanted to show some pics of my progress.  Hope you all have a wonderful night!
