Quick and Easy Meals #TysonBreakfast

Tyson Breakfast Bowls

As a family that tries to live a healthy lifestyle eating quick and easy meals is something that goes on in my house a lot. Even though my kids are all grown, Aerial still lives at home for the time being. The item Aerial has on the grocery list every week is Frozen breakfast sandwiches. She is always on the go and it worries me that she does not get enough protein in her little body to build strong muscles for her 22 year old frame.

I picked up the Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls at Walmart over the weekend to be ready for our busy week.  Aerial is working two jobs trying to save up some money for a very impressive vehicle she wants to buy and for some summer schooling in the nursing field she wants to add to her resume.

I picked up the Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls from the Walmart breakfast aisle.  I then picked up Watermelon and Cantaloupe along with Dill Jack Cheese and Power Greens to make some fruit and cheese skewers.  Remember the goal for our family is a little extra protein in the diet. The Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls already pack a nice protein punch.

I cut up the Watermelon and Cantaloupe, tossed the greens with the cheese and was ready to get the skewers prepared right before tossing the convenient Breakfast Bread Bowls into the microwave.

I noticed on the back of the Frozen breakfast bread bowl sandwich box was a project A+ from Tyson which  supports your school when you clip and save the label.  How cool is that?  The cheese amps up our protein which is so important for breakfast to get off to a great start for the day.  I made Aerial and Dave a plate and popped these into the microwave according to the directions on the packaging.

Does that not look delicious?  It is the perfect size for breakfast giving us the protein we need.  The Sausage, Eggs and Cheese frozen breakfast sandwiches gives us 9 grams of protein. Add the cheese from the skewers and all the additional vitamins from the greens and tomato juice, I am feeling like I got the family off to a great start.

Aerial and dad were heading off to work, so being able to prepare quick and easy meals before 7:00am is such a convenience for me.  I had no major clean up and was happy to know my family had a good nutritious breakfast.
