Nectresse is not only for baking #Nectresse

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of NECTRESSE™Sweetener for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have heard a lot about NECTRESSE™Sweetener in the news and online.  My husband has got to have a sweetener in his cereal or quite frankly any time most would use sugar in their food.  I was excited to get a FREE sample of NECTRESSE™Sweetener to try out and add it to one of my recipes that I would generally use sugar.   I had heard Lisa Ling is a big fan.  She is beautiful, strong and intelligent.

She really does a great job explaining to me the benefits of Nectresse.  Did you know NECTRESSETM Natural No Calorie Sweetener is 150 times sweeter than sugar and can be used in cooking and baking to add natural, zero calorie per serving sweetness in your favorite beverages and a delicious variety of foods.
I do not bake a lot and really am not a sweet eater.  My husband and kids are sort of the same way too.  There are some places that I need a sweetner though.  With pickling season I make sweet bread and butter pickles and also a tomatoe and cucumber dish that requires sugar.  I was excited to give this a try.

I brought in my newest cucumbers and veggies from the garden and got to work.  This recipe can be adapted any way you like.
Directions
  • Slice your tomato, onions and cucumbers very thin
  • Toss with a few tablespoons of Sea Salt
  • Make your dressing, We like it tangy!
  • I use 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup of rice vinegar and 1/4 cup of water.
  • To this mixture I added 1/4 cup from the
  • Mix it in with the vinegar.

This is such a refreshing easy peasy salad to make and no fat from the sugar!

Add some crushed black pepper and serve this with some crusty wheat bread and maybe a glass of wine :-)
