Healthy Juicing #Juicing

Happy Friday, this has been a couple of exhausting weeks for me but I am ready to enjoy my weekend and head back to the gym.  We juice every morning, being able to pull most of the vegetables from the garden is even an added benefit!
This batch for juicing for Two People contains;
  • One Beet
  • Partial Cucumber from one that got away from me
  • Half a Lemon
  • Two Apples
  • Two Carrots
  • Two Tomatoes
  • Two Celery Stalks
  • Half a Jalapeno
  • One Garlic Clove


I also add to my Juice a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar.  I am off to a great start this AM.
