Fermented Pickle Update #fermented #Pickling

I wanted to give you an update on my pickling using the Black Tea Bag and how the fermented process went.   Absolutely great!  The pickles are crunchy and sour.  The pickles to the left have the nice cloudy brine from sitting on the counter for about three weeks.  I would remove any muck on top and add water to keep the pickles below the brine too.  I kept a plastic bag over the top  and a small glass filled with water that fit inside the mouth to hold the pickles down.  

I pack my husbands lunch every morning with pickles and pickled carrots.  Great snacks to tie him over.  Looking forward to doing more pickling over the weekend and showing you what I pickled this weekend.
