Been trying to eat a bit lighter this week while we have been so busy working on the coop. We grilled burgers Thursday afternoon and that pushed me down for a nap quickly. The photo above is mine with hot peppers added from the garden, below is hubbies.. So good.
- Flat Bread
- 1 onion
- 1 pound Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic
- 1/4 stick of butter
- Slice Onion
- Melt Butter
- Place onions, Mushroom and Garlic in your saucepan with the butter
Saute for 30 minutes, slow and easy.
Add the ingredient's onto your flat bread.
Place in the oven or pizza oven until golden brown. My pizza oven this cooks in 10 minutes.
