Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Roasted Garbanzo Beans

I love snacking on healthy and nutritious foods during the day. Sitting in front of the computer can make you sleepy by the time the afternoon hits that is for sure. I love garbanzo beans, or chick peas as we MinnesOtants call them. They are great cooked in soups and salads, made into hummus is another favorite way to eat them. I take two cans of garbanzo beans..
Half a Cup Of Vinegar, Red Pepper Flakes and Black Pepper Corns Crushed.

Let sit for 30 minutes to grab the Vinegar Flavor.

Place on a Cookie Sheet on 350 Degrees with some cooking Spray or Olive Oil..

I cook them slow.. This is after about 30 minutes, they are now crunchy..

I let them cool before placing in a mason jar, these literally will be done by the end of the day.
