Home Made Cat Snacks

How To Make Home Made Cat Snacks

My barn cat just had kittens two and a half weeks a go and I am going to make sure I get them off to a great start by keeping my little mama happy and eating great. I have been feeding her boiled rice, peas, carrots and a bit of tuna and tuna oil. Along with the normal vittles but have been wanting to go 100% with making my own food. I have been writing down different recipes and will be testing them out, today I made some cat snacks. My cat who is the indoor cat eats this to.

Cat Snacks Ingredients

One Can Tuna,
Half a Cup whole wheat flour
Half a Cup nonfat, dry, powdered milk
1/4 Cup Frozen Baby peas
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup water Or fresh Chicken Broth
One Tablespoon Flax Seed

Blend the dry ingredients together

Add the wet ingredients-Mix Well

Mix in the Peas

Add mix onto a small cookie sheet and press down. This makes a pretty small batch, it fills one Quart Jar. Spray your pan or use Tin Foil and spray as I did. Bake at 350 Degrees for about 15 min.

Cut them into pieces.

I break these up into little pieces for the cats and they love them!
