Open Face Mini Reuben Style Sandwiches

I was stuck with out a vehicle and had to come up with some tasty viddles for some friends that were coming over later in the day. Lucky for me I had the brisket in the oven and fixings for some tasty sandwiches. Forgive no final pretty pix, everyone grabbed!

Put a Brisket in your crock pot and let cook for about 4-5 hours.

Mix up your Coleslaw, you can make it or purchase it!

The only slaw dressing I use!

Mix it up and place in refrigerator.

Slather pieces of the Cocktail Rye bread with Russian dressing then layer it with pieces of your brisket.

Top with Coleslaw and Cheese add another slice of Rye Bread, cover with tin foil and bake in 350 Degree oven for 30 minutes. Totally fabulous!
