Spicy Southern Turkey Sausage Soup

I am addicted to soup in the morning, I make soup a couple times a week. It is low fat and keeps me from snacking on not so good for you things. I also like to make it quick and easy. I buy a lot of frozen or canned vegetables when I feel like making a quick soup rather than one that will simmer all day.

Ingredients

2 Cans Tomatoes, Corn and Okra (This I buy already mixed, otherwise use a can of each)
Half a Cup Sliced Pickled Jalapeno
3 Large Baked Potatoes
1 large Can Tomato Juice
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 package Onion Soup Mix
1 Package Turkey Sausage

Directions
This is super easy, put all in a pot..
Cut up potatoes..
Cut Up Turkey Sausage
Add the Package of Onion Soup Mix

Simmer for about an hour.  If your in a rush, Microwave or bake your potatoes the night before and let cool.

  2. Looks great! I'm not an okra fan, but I love the idea of using jalapenos in soup. Thanks!
