Tweens and a Holiday Stocking #CrystalRollOn #CBias

Since we moved a few months ago my little neighbor and I have been talking via facebook. She is the cutest little young thing. I have a gift of clothes for her, this is not something I went out and bought but a box of clothes my daughter no longer wears.  I give her a big bag a couple times of year.  This year since we moved into the new house my daughter also moved into a house leaving behind boxes of clothes she no longer wears.  I had stuff she wore in high school.  These are cute little name brands items I thought would be perfect to gift for my neighbor.

I also made her up a stocking filled with girly toiletries.  She is at that age where she is beginning to wear deodorant.  I am introducing her Crystal Deodorant.  Why?  Because I use it and am teaching her about gardening and living a greener healthier life when ever she is over.  I headed to Walmart to pick up my stocking stuffers..

The last time I was at Walmart and purchased my Crystal Deodorant I nabbed the last one. There was a woman standing in front of it debating what she was buying, I walked up and grabbed it.   I did not have to contemplate what deodorant I was buying. One of the reasons I use this deodorant is because all Crystal deodorants are hypoallergenic, which means they are safe for gals like me with sensitive skin. I have dry eyes and do not like smelling a strong scent coming from my armpits. It drives me crazy.

Walmart has a huge selection of deodorants. When I first started looking for natural products I was not sure how many Walmarts would carry them.  I found what I needed and picked up a couple for my little tween neighbor and my daughter who is following in my foot steps with using natural products.

What Makes Crystal® Body Deodorant Unique?

Ordinary deodorants merely cover up odors with unnecessary and unwanted chemicals. Made from all-natural mineral salts, Crystal® deodorants do one simple thing that makes them better than the rest: they neutralize bacteria to prevent body odor from forming – naturally.

  • All Crystal® deodorants are hypoallergenic, safe for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies
  • No harsh chemicals (aluminum chlorohydrate), paraben-free, and alcohol-free
  • Dries instantly without sticky residue and won't stain fabrics
  • A complete line of deodorants available in unscented or lightly scented
  • Never tested on animals
  • Safe for the environment
  • Recommended by Cancer Treatment Centers nationwide
It is quite a treat to teach the younger generation about all the different natural products that are available to us. My goal truly is to be greener in 2012. It is easy to say we are going to be greener and use more natural products but with that comes the patience to educate ourselves.  I was excited to get home and fill up the last stocking for my tween neighbor.

We got home I assembled the stocking and got it hung over the fireplace. My neighbors, I should say my old neighbors or friends and there daughter 'the tween' :-) will be coming over on Thursday. I just have to add her name on the stocking. She will be beaming from ear to ear when she see this!

How excited are you for Christmas or Hanukkah?

Giving Natural Gifts just make me so happy!
