Spicy Meatball Soup

Spicy Meatball Soup

It is in the 30's today and really windy. I am in the kitchen and am ready to make some soup. This recipe can be made with turkey meatballs too, I just grabbed what I had in the fridge.

Ingredients;
Two Pounds cooked meatballs
One Large can of Tomato or Vegetable Juice
One Cup Chopped Green Pepper
One Cup Chopped Red Onion Carrots, Celery and White Onion Chopped about Two Cups (All Together)
One Cup Chopped Pepperoncini
Three Cups of cubed Potatoes

Add the Ingredients into your pot..  Add additional water if needed.

Add about Four Large Tablespoons of Hot Pepper Flakes

Hmm, enjoy with a piece of sliced bread and a green salad for a great light lunch or dinner.
