Semi Home Made Pizza

 Semi Home Made Pizza

My newest series is called College Cooking, why College Cooking? The kids grow up and when they are ready to start cooking some are a bit clueless. Some may live in dorms, live in an apartment or house with a bunch of others or simply have moved out of the house and are forced to cook.

My daughter is 21 today.  She has been up in North Dakota and was calling me every night for simple recipes that I make..

This recipe is so easy, buy a pre made crust, the picture above is from a pizza we made a few nights ago.

Ingredients for a Semi Homemade Pizza

One Pre-Made Pizza Crust
One Jar Pizza Sauce
8 Ounce package of Shredded Mozz or Pizza Cheese
Toppings are your choice..
Pepperoni, (Buy these in the package all pre cut)
Sausage, ask the deli for pre made sausage otherwise look in meat department.
Onion, dice or slice
Mushroom, easy to buy this sliced in the can.
Green Pepper, Slice or Dice.
Red Pepper Slice or Dice
Jalapeno, Slice or Dice

The toppings are endless!!

Add the sauce, toppings then the cheese. Place in Oven at 350 Degrees for about 20 minutes give or take depending on your oven. We used a pizza maker for the pizza in video and one above. Sprinkle with some Parmesan Cheese.

What sort of toppings do you add on your pizza?
